Those who don't vote forfeit their right to complain. So when this is said and done those of you who remained silent must continue to do so because you failed as a citizen.
Ugh... But not at all a surprise. I didn't see any political ads (no cable, heh). I did get robocalls from candidates running in IL. LOL.
You heard everything you should have. Which is Utah residents thanking themselves they're not stuck in an Illinois situation.
sadly; they have aready called it for Durbin; but the apocolypse for Durbin and Quin's political heads is a trade I would have been willing to make.
No governor race, Rand Paul had no opponent, and McConnell was sitting pretty... As for the house, Louisville is always obviously blue with the rest of Kentucky being red. I know I'll catch flack for this but I honestly saw no point in voting (even more so being in Montana currently lol). And don't give me the if you don't vote you have no right to complain speech... Heck, the ones voting are the ones who put these people in office. Maybe those of us not voting are the ONLY ones who have a right to complain hah.
Goodbye Quinn; my wishlist starts by rolling back state income taxes by 4% and eliminating the fascist FOID law.
Yay for kicking Quinn to the curb. It doesn't look like quinn even carried Cook co.. Amazing. Mia Love won in our congressional district here in Utah. Proof of the conservative war on women and racism and stuff. Lol! Her first date with her husband was to a gun range.
Congrats to the nation and thank you to those that voted in favor of kicking the trash out of office.
Yes, of course we voted. My husband sent in his ballot a couple weeks ago and I took a copy to the polls with me and locked in the family vote. Pretty happy with the results, but can't understand why Michigan keeps electing those Democrats as Senators. Weird. This gal Mia Love sounds like me. A couple weeks after I met my husband, I went over to his house and he was putting a couple guns in the car to go to the range. I asked it I could go along. It was the first time we ever went anywhere together.
