I have not shot all week, I'm working out of town and i'm going through some severe withdrawls. If I don't have any bad luck i'll be slinging arrows in my backyard tomorrow afternoon though:nana:

Thanks. Nothing like going home after being gone for a week doing something you don't want to do in a place you don't want to be.

Just shot 20 arrows from 19 to 35 yards on my little 3d course and shot 5 up. (Using center ibo 11's)Had (2) 8's which suck but I did shoot completely cold with no warm up and using a hunting bow with target arrows.

Have not shot my bow in two weeks, definitely got an itch now. Got to get out this weekend, hopefully the yard dries up enough to shoot.

30 yard shot, so the 15 yard shot tomorrow morning (if I get one of course) should be a little easier. I am also not planning on head/neck shots, but figured if I can hit that I can hit the vitals also.

I will be using 1.75" NAP GG heads.

Put a string stop on my sons bow today and got him some Rage low KE ,both for his birthday, so he wanted to test out the new stuff. String stop made a big difference in quietness of his bow and the practice head was hitting right there with his field points.

I shot 20 and 30 yards. I got about 3 shots off when it started to thunder and rain. I got another 6 off in the rain. I had the video camera and had planned on about and hour of practice and videoing. I got a quick picture of the first 3 shots at 20 yards with the iPhone. I got off another 6 shots at 30 yards. Not quite as good but still in the circle under rushed conditions.

    TARGET: 6" circle
    BOW: Mathew's Monster 6 (gen 1) 54#
    ARROWS: Easton Epic 400
    Total arrow weight 403gr
    BROADHEAD: G5 Striker 100gr
    SIGHT: Trophy Ridge Cypher 5
    REST: QAD Ultimate

First 3 shots at 20 yards
