Got out and shot last weekend even though it was still down in the low 20's! Winter won't give up around here, but it keeps me sharp shooting in full cold gear. Keeps those anchor points second nature, and need to get my bow ready to switch over to the Magnus Bullheads!
To VA Bowbender I'm only shooting 35lb (same wt as my compound). I'm trying not to shoot too much at one time since I'm just learning with it. What am I doing wrong? Welcome any helpful advice.
I don't know that you're doing anything wrong. What is the problem you're having? First I would say shoot as much as possible to build up strength and muscle memory. Second thing is form, Form, FORM. There is a double edge, you need to shoot a lot but not build bad habits because they're very hard to break once ingrained. Goto the traditional section for more discussion on the topic or PM me.
