Today is leg day for me along with some abs. I gotta get rid of this gut
I did back today...........and still can't believe this thread is alive
Monday Wednesday & Fridays. I am a gym idiot and hired a personal trainer five weeks ago. She kicks the **** out of me every Wednesday and I am on my own the other two days. Wellllllllllllllllllllllllll worth the money!
Three weeks ago I started back to the gym. I have been doing 3 full body workouts a week. Next week I will be upping the amount of cardio to 5 days, while maintaining the 3 days of lifting. However, my diet is not even close to where it needs to be to accomplish my goals. I'm still working on that.
She has helped with that also. I quit drinking pop and that alone has made a big difference. I didn't realize how tense it made my neck and shoulder muscles.
Did I lift today? Bi's, Tri's, Core and 5 miles in some severe Midwest heat. It was a good one. Got to get ready for Colorado!
Didnt go at 6am this morn, felt like I needed more rest. Going in at lunch today for chest day!
Back, Chest and cardio today
Shoulders and 4.25 mile run. Much better than yesterday. Probably a good 15 degree cooler with much less humidity.
I lifted my rear end out of bed for 10 hrs of overtime today. :-)
Stood outside in 100 degree weather for two hours investigating a little bomb someone made...I actually got weaker today.

Back day. Heavy deads, wide grip lat pull downs, and kinda hard to explain....using hanging rings kind of a reverse push up but pull up instead.
Three crossfit classes this week, yes I am sore.
My favorite today, biceps and triceps. Can't wait til 4 o'clock and I can head to the gym.
Going back today. Can't do anything besides legs since everything else hurts lol anybody else going? Have to earn some BWW boneless Thursday! lol
I mostly do cardio and light weights but I bought a still in the box weight set today for $50.00 with an Olympic Bar?? Total set is 250lb... which is probably about twice what I would ever lift anyway. Pretty nice set but I will need a bench.
I have a hanging chain with a handle and do prone pull-ups. Lay on back and pull toward... right? Wow that is hard. I also adjust the handle close to the ground and do roll outs. And adjust the handle higher for regular pull ups from a seated position, keeping legs straight out front.
I feel like a creep looking for those BH.com shirts hahaha
I've been focusing on cardio w what little free time I've been able to carve out during the week lately. Did hit the weight room again today for arms and shoulders and WOW is it amazing how fast you lose what little you built if you stop. I'm too close to my fall mountain hunts to focus on upper body anymore this summer, I'll just get back hard after it this winter.
