Try having knee surgery 5 months ago, talk about losing it.
I've really slacked on running lately, but I'm still pretty solid. I'll start again Monday with 3-5 mile daily runs to get ready for the suck.
Haha that was the point I was getting at... At 23, the things I struggle to do should be easy for me. I'm out of shape for my age but just struggle with the determination to change that. Lol

Trying to tighten up for the hunting season. More bodyweight stuff...pushups, pullups, and planks today.
I did yesterday but not yet today. I lifted 7882lbs yesterday .
Yes I did. (1) hour workout. Yay me.
Lifted last night. good workout but my pre-workout keeps me wired so I can't fall asleep until 12am.
I like this thread. This might help keep me motivated. The worst time for me not getting my workouts in is after season opens. I'm off Monday thru Thursday every week. So I'm out in a tree those days most often than not. Then I have to work at least 12 hours a day when I'm in town. Going to try and do better this year. I actually printed off a full body workout this morning that you do two times a week. Going to give it a try. Good luck this season everyone!
I have a date with the leg press machine after work
Monday is national chest day . Did a drop set on the bench starting from 255 dropping 10lbs each time til I got back down to 135. At which point I put on 125 with 10lb plates and burned it out dropping 20lb plates until it was just the bar.
I love mondays
I hate Mondays!!! Because it's chest day I did back lol
I'm skipping today and thinking about going tomorrow.

Lifting tonight. Everyday is arm day!
Cranked out another 4 miles today after Chest/Tris... felt amazing to blow off some steam from work.
Chest, back and cardio tonight. My legs are still super sore from Monday.:p
