The "Did you know" thread made me think of a spin-off (Seeing Josh's post, there).

I know we have some true craftsmen among us. For example....

Josh (Gri22ly) does some awesome flint knapping (If I said that wrong, Josh, forgive me). He made me a SWEET little arrowhead, and gave it to me when he visited, last fall (thanks again, Josh!). He's also a knife sharlening officianado....and I suggest hitting him up with any issues you're experiencing with knife/bh sharpening.

Will (iamyourhuckleberry) makes some awesome metal pieces. He, too, presented me with an arrowhead he'd modeled out of metal. I'll post some photos, later, if I can find the camera (on both he and Josh's craftsmanship). He also does some metal limb bolts for T/D traditional bows that are awesome!

Hunterace does some AWESOME work on traditional equipment.

Burnie makes some really cool selfbows.

Kanga (Russ) is an accomplished traditional bowyer.

Bigcountry makes some really cool selfbows and traditional equipment.

Vito's photography is stunning! His flyfishing prowess is highlighted a lot in his photos....and is an artform in and of itself.

I'm sure I'm leaving MANY out....and I'll post more as they come to mind. If you or someone you know from here has a "gift"/"craft".....let's give it/them a little desrved airtime. I think we'd all be impressed with the craftsmanship some of our members posess.

    Post up your/their photos!

Very true Jeff, there are some fine craftsmen on this site. To add to your list, blood/dan does some great work with metal and his rocks are cool too! I really appreciate the work all the guys above do, especially since, I do not have a crafty bone in my body, it amazes me some of the talents that are out there. Some of the artists on this site are very talented as well.

Great catch, Shed. YES! Dan IS a craftsman.

Here's a couple photos of some work Dan has done for me.

Bow rack Dan made for me a couple years ago....

Hey, let's not forget about Miss Jessica's artistic talent. The avatar being used by Dubbs is one of Jessica's pencil drawings.

My brother, wahoohunter, is an okay basketball player. He got this super sized diamond ring for winning something called the Atlantic Coast Conference :)

Thanks Steve, the metalsmithing is an awesome vent. Here's a photo of your brass limb bolts

These are the sterling limb bolts I made for KodiakArcher (Rob). The second photo is the wax model prior to being casted.

A couple of the fun sterling belt buckets I have made-I have a few I want to donate to help get a needy individual to Colorado for our elk hunt

You guys definitely have some talents, the only think I did well was reproduce.....:D I have two very beautiful little girls, but I'm not very artistic at all!!! I am in the process of a self-done hide tan right now.....It' currently drying so I can re-apply some cure, unfortunately, I lost part of the tail (deer) because I hung it where my dog could "reach" it and he stripped it right off!!!

Awesome work though guys, I'm quite impressed.

06-07. He was just a walk-on, but had he not chosen to go to UVA for its academics I know he could have gone to a strong mid-major school and been successful. He'll probably get on me for speaking for him, but he doesn't realize how good he actually was.

Jeff, thank you for mentioning my name along with some very talented people. I also agree with the before mentioned, Chenango Dave and Jackflap, as being fantastic outdoor photographers. I always look forward to their photos.

I don't know any other BHC'ers personally, but there is no doubt there are some very talented members. Besides those mentioned, I have been very impressed by the web design and graphics from Justin. MGH_PA also does nice graphic work.

A couple photo from yesterday morning. Beautiful day to be outside here in west MI.

Walk-on or not, it takes serious talent and/or hard work to play D1 basketball for a major university. I know you didn't mean it that way though. Most teams keep 12-15 players on their roster. To be one of them is saying something.
