Ok, so i woke up at 5:00 this morning and i had a feeling about it.I told my dad no i was taking my bow instead of my rifle since its youth day also i was determined to get a big buck with a bow...I got in my stand around just before daylight and i saw a decent buck chasing a doe 20 minutes after i got settled...They stopped around 35 yards in thick stuff and just stood there for what seemed like forever!! It was like 20 minutes and all of the sudden this MONSTER of a deer shows up ( I suck at at field guessing but i would say 140-145) which i think is pretty big around here...anyway the two bucks are just sitting there and then the big one starts woopin the other one and chases him off and comes back for the doe Then they start to leave so I grunt and he stops for a second then starts going again so I snort wheeze and i think it scared him,the little buck and doe because they all kind of flicked their tails up and trotted off..So im sitting there like !@#$ what did i do and i saw a few does and a decent buck chasing a doe through the field so i got down around 10:30 went home and had breakfast. Then i start thinking about where that deer went and get more and more inclined to take my rifle since its youth day and go see if i can find him so i get all my camo on and grab my 243. and head out to a bottom that is where chasing bucks will most of the time always go. So im walking to my stand to switch the memory cards and a little yearling doe jumps up...So me and this yearling are having a standoff and i tell my self "look for a buck..It's November" so i start looking and i see a deer just standing 50 yards from her...I look in the binos and its a deer I've had on camera multiple times so i decide to shoot..I settle the crosshair on the shoulder and squeeze (he was about 125 yards) BOOM ! he takes off up the hill and falls over I was the happiest person on the planet ! Sure enough i go up the hill and hes laying there Well i will start from beginning This is the big buck i originally saw in the morning This is the buck i shot Also the after pic( i think it looks better with me in it lol)

Great buck bud! You've got a lot of real good deer kicking around, now get that bow in your hand and knock down another for team 19!
