Suicide is a horrible thing. I wish we knew a little bit more about her and other circumstances surrounding her death. There's no question that the comments from the crazy anti's are bad, but there's a lot of news outlets pitching this story as the sole reason that she killed herself. Unfortunately we may never know if that's true or not.
Sad she had to resort to that. Also pathetic that people had to send her death threats for doing nothing wrong/illegal.
Truly heartbreaking for her family. My wife`s niece, 22, died about a month ago, you'll never know why someone does this but I can tell you all first hand its horrible! RIP, Both of the girls.
Not to make light of this situation, but I find it ironic that these Anti-hunting people are the exact type of people who you find promoting Anti-bullying and yet they have no problem bullying people if it fits their agenda. This is the truly sad and disgusting side of Social Media.
Its hard to find the truth in the media these days. I am deeply sorry for her and any family that loses a loved one to suicide.
Regardless of the circumstances, it's unfortunate she was in a place so bad that she felt this was her only option.
Yes that too, but also the ability to say things to people that you would never say directly to their face. It's very easy for keyboard cowards to sit behind their computers and say truly disgusting things to people and there's really no recourse for their actions.
Having went through this with my cousin, it's a horrible, horrible situation. I'm very sorry for her family & friends. You never ever know goes in in people minds. The day before my cousin took his life we sit in front of my grandparents pound & talked about all the times we had hunting & fishing growing. He showed no kind of signs or anything, I mean we talked together just like normal. Then the next afternoon I got the dreaded call. He left behind a daughter, which at the time was 2. I think for appropriate situations, people should be held accountable for sending threats through means of social media.
