First post on here and a long time since shooting compounds.Well let's get this post started, anyways I have a Diamond Stud put a new 60x string on it and shoot a whisker biscuit rest, now my arrows are fletched with feathers and Everytime I shoot I'm getting this twang, had the bow looked at by a friend of mine who works in a bow shop look at it and all was fine when he shot it no twang but he was using vanes instead, now do you think the feathers are causing this twang noise? Everything else checked out ok.Hmmm

If it isn't there when you use vanes, then I would suspect the feathers meeting the biscuit is the problem. Switch to vanes.

    Welcome.
