Has anyone replaced the rubber stopper for the string stop on a Diamond Marquis? Mine is wearing but I don't know where to find a replacement (it seems they are propriatary - cant just buy a regular rubber stop). I have emailed diamond and have yet to receive a response.

Diamond-which is Bowtech-has the worst customer service in the archery industry.I too have been waiting for a replacement launcher for the Octane Trip Wire(also from Bowtech) for almost a year....still nothing. I have also pleaded with them in e-mails but to no response. When I was bow shopping last year, this CS problem was a major factor in why I did not buy a Bowtech.
This terrible CS by BowTech fact has been dicussed many times in this comments column but they don't seem to care. When you find their phone #, don't be surprised if the person on the other end sounds like a broken record with"Contact your archery dealer".

Funny I did receive a stock email back with "contact your nearest archery dealer". They We're nice enough to give me a link to find one. Haha. Back to square one - If I can find them will probably buy 2 to make sure I have a backup
