I say shoot them both and see which one you like better. Like the other guys said before, when I bought a pre set up package I ended up replaceing everything anyway. I went with a Mission Eleminator II myself over a hoyt, bowtech and diamond. It just felt smoother to me.
I have purchased several Diamond Razor Edges over the last few years and have been so happy with all of them. For the price and package I don't think you will find a better deal. Either way shoot both and decide which you like best.
Have a mission and love it. Just wish it had roller guards. But I agree, shoot both. just got back from helping my friend buy his first bow and he is torn between a diamond and a mission.
First consider your options. Would you be setting up your bow or have someone (say a shop) do it for you? If you were to go with the Diamond would you be changing over all the accessories? Would you be growing at all or are you done growing? How serious do you plan on getting into bowhunting? Is this something you know you'll like or just trying it out? I would just ask yourself these questions and make the best affordable decision that suits you. Btw I would get the Mission Craze if you're serious about it. Just sayin'........
Mission gets my vote all the way, enough so that I bought the Venture. Mission has 3 levels of packages you can buy also to save you some money buying everything seperately. Unless you just have your eyes set on certain accessories. It's all about what feels best for you, and what you are willing to spend your money on. Good luck!
