About a week ago I purchased a Redhead Kronik bow by Diamond Archery off of Ebay. It is a brand new bow sold by Bass Pro Shops. I go the bow started to look it over and noticed the top limb had a crack. Needless to say I was pissed. I had no idea what to do because I bought it off of Ebay. Long story short...I called Bowtech to explain and without hesitation they sent me new limbs FREE! Let me say right now...Bowtech has just gained a loyal customer! The guys really stand behind their lifetime warranty. Just wanted to post this to let anyone know just in case they are on the fence about purchasing a Diamond/Bowtech bow.:D

That says a lot for Bowtech. Many bow companies won't honor a warranty when it's not the original bow owner.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Ebay bow, second hand, I wouldn't have expected that from any company. Sounds like you caught a nice break.

The guy that sold the bow said it was a display at Bass Pro. So I figured it was good to go. He had awesome feedback and only sells new bows. But hey I can't complain I got a new bow for $280 totally outfitted and brand new limbs for free( it goes for $399 at BPS). So now it really is new. Yeah the name is a little funny...but whatever the name is it's a great bow.

Glad you were taken care of. It's nice to hear from a satisfied customer once in a while, instead all of the horor stories.
