Kind of strange this game has never been played on here before. There are always plenty of "What is/are you favorites(s)..." but no desert island. Should be fun. Remember, desert island is a game where you pick certain things you could do, read, enjoy, eat, etc. the rest of your life, not necessarily your favorite things. Once each topic goes dead, someone else just fire up a new one. If you feel inclined, say why you chose each thing. I'll start with an easy one. Movies: A River Runs Through It - Awesome cinematography and beautiful storytelling in this movie. Brad Pitt was fantastic as was Tom Skerritt. Definitely could watch this the rest of my life. Cars - It's animated, funny, and would keep my imagination stimulated. 7 Pounds - If I were stuck on an island for the rest of my life, I think it be beneficial to watch a movie of someone who puts others well being before self.
Well since Im stuck on an island, Ill go with Cast Away. If I had two other choices Id go with "Oh brother where art thou" and "Out Cold"
I would have to go with, "The searchers" the scenery and the never give up attitude of Ethan Edwards. "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy extended version you got to have the greatest trilogy ever made "Anchorman" Just because of the manliness of it
I want to be standed on an island with some hotties... not movies. Movies aren't any good if you don't have electicity or a tv which I suspect would be the case if you are stuck on a deserted island. If there is electricity or a tv... you aren't really stranded. :p Tim
