I have been wanting a quality backyard 3D target for awhile and I believe I have found it. This Target is well built and fairly realistic in size. The arrows do pull out kind of hard but that doesn't bother me. I would rather have a good tight insert than something with less friction on the arrow. It comes with some rods to put into the ground but a stand and cinder block was the best setup for me. It also has scoring circles on the insert if you are interested in that. Looks good! I have one of their smaller buck targets. They hold up pretty good. If you keep them out of the elements they last longer for sure. Mine is laying in pieces in the weeds out back lol. Keep us posted on how it holds up after a couple few hundred shots. I just may have to get one Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Can broadheads be used? If so how do they pull out compared to field point? I have the Rinehart woodland buck that has held up fairly well compared to the GlenDel I had before it.
Yes you can use broad heads on this target but I have not shot any at it so far. I would imagine if a field point is kind of tough a broad head will not be any easier. But I hardly ever shoot broad heads at targets so not really that big of an issue to me.
The broadheads on my delta mckenzie don't come out too bad. I try to pull them out easy so I don't bring chunks of foam with it. I've prob put 20 or so broadheads in mine Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
