Not a fan of the Pats but I'm actually starting to feel bad for them. Just heard on the sirius radio, they are starting to refer to it as headset-gate.

I personally don't believe it was anything other than a malfunction, but since it is the patriots then of course the conspiracy theorists are starting.

Ha, the NFL issued a statement that the league itself handed out the headsets to both teams. I guess now the league that was out to lynch the Patriots, now is involved in helping them tap into opponents head sets, lol. It was claimed that radio problems were "normal" for opposing teams visiting the stadium...It would be interesting to see if the problem was ever reported in the past to back up that claim.

Whatever, Brady still lit the steelers up long after the head set issue was cleared up. I think the Steelers have bigger problems than worrying about a made up blobbity-gate mess but whatever makes them sleep at night I guess.

Communication problems happen pretty often, if the patriots were not playing nothing would be said. What I find worse is crappy field the Steelers have at home. Or the extremely delayed video in the coaches booth in Atlanta.

I'm a Steelers fan, don't blame the headsets.

I blame Scobee, that boy thinks he still plays for Jacksonville or something. Those misses cost us a lot more than the 6 points on the board.

Up until Ben threw that interception we were still in it, but missing those two field goals took away, points, morale and gave the Pats a short field.

Other than Scobee and the final score, I actually liked what I seen from them. Rebuilding your entire defense isn't going to be pretty, especially the first year.

Nobody every said the Patriots weren't good. They just push every possible advantage they can find. Within the rules or not.

Todd Haley blew it. The Steelers were driving down the field. Running down the Patriots throat, then they try that trick play with Brown, took a loss then backed that up with a penalty. Totally changed the momentum of the game.

Plenty said they aren't good. Not sure about this thread but I hear it all the time. Yet even with all eyes on their every move, the produce wins. Most others need an excuse why their team cant win, so they pretend 1.5-2 psi of pressure will really change the world. Its cute, but tiring. Was a blast watching them come out strong. And trust me, Ive been with them since back when Drew was QB, back when everyone picked on be for picking a team because they seemed most American. Now the same people cant stand losing to them...over and over!

Anyone that says they aren't good is just an idiot.....

But, keep in mind that unless you are a Pat's fan, they really are unlikable team and it's not just because they win. Belichick is a great coach but he's pompous and arrogant. Brady is a great quarterback, but he's a classic pretty boy. They have been caught red handed in multiple instances of cheating and breaking/stretching the rules. They had a murder playing tight end. They have brought in numerous bad character guys (on and off the field) over the years, yet through all of that they have been able to keep winning.
