I could have used any arrestable offense, the point was getting off on a technicality, not on the actual guilt or innocence.

Oh...well if ESPN reported this and Arlen Specter was ready to call an inquiry...it must all be totally legit. :busted:

ESPN has had to post so many retractions for blatant lies they've reported that they no longer have any credibility left at all. Might as well be the Huff Po. They just can't let it go, it's sad....really, really sad.

Wow, who would have guessed that one of the best teams in the game would have a low fumble rate, yeah that's shocking. Created by a biased party with skewed and missing stats...that's a joke. You can't take out the dome teams because they have visiting teams and visit non-dome stadiums, by excluding them off the top you (potentially/intentionally) skew the numbers. It was done for dramatic effect. All it shows is a low fumble rate...if they were cheating with soft footballs why did they have any fumbles? It's also not remotely close to "winning a lottery", a lottery is pure chance whereas fumbling a ball is not....

the NFL should just hire you to "DEFLATE" all of this.
there was never any spying on other teams, no balls were ever deflated, and the pats fumble rate is from Kraft macaroni and cheese sticky fingers.
the facts are all fabricated and this is all just hate driven nonsense.

I just hope you can see deer and sight pins more clearly than you see facts :)

The spygate thing is such an overblown scenario of things that most teams were doing at the time. The Patriots being successful is what made them such a target nationwide.

I'm not even one to claim that the patriots weren't fudging the rules and using slightly under inflated balls. I'm just saying that there are CLEAR rules on both the offense AND the consequences of said rule. It was an easy decision to overturn when the commissioner goes out on a limb creating his own penalties 20x more severe than what the rules state they should be. That isn't right, whether one likes Tom Brady or not.

Should be interesting to see how they play with this chip on their shoulder this year.

Awe...that was a nice try at a jab but the problem is you didn't throw any "facts" out there that weren't easily refuted. I appreciate facts but I don't consider a sports news outlet that lost it's credibility from printing junk with an obvious bias and a constantly displayed non-ability to drop a grudge as a reporter of facts. ESPN may have an accident once in a while and print something that's true but I'm sure that's through no fault of their own. They've shown time and time again that they are more than willing to report anything as "fact" only to have to issue an apology and a retraction somewhere down the road...often times having to basically be forced to do either. That's especially true where the Patriots and Brady are concerned. It's exactly like relying on info from the Huffington Post's version of "facts" about non-socialists.

That stat bs could only be considered as fact by someone who was looking for some faulty circumstantial evidence. There are so many things wrong with the way that was put together that it's painfully obvious it was done by someone with an axe to grind. That brings the credibility of the entire mass of stats into question.

I like facts just fine, but I prefer facts from reliable sources or at least sources that have not proven their lack of credibility.

The new scandal, what's in the Dixie cup? Brady was the only one with a "Gatorade" boy awaiting his arrival.

    Test him! Lol

Steelers were actually receiving the Pats radio broadcast. Wasn't the teams radio but the actual game broadcast on Cheatem 97 WPOS

Nah, they are both shape shifting lizard people that have to have a special mix of children and puppy blood to survive.
