    What's a "ridge hand strike"?

Must be some ancient muay thai technique like the flying crane or the camel toe chop. Maybe a paint the fence? Wax on, Wax off? LOL

J/K... Great story. Glad you got some justice.

I'm glad it worked out. I hope you don't catch him hunting on your land, but chances are good you will. Put your cameras up high in trees and angle them down. He will be less likely to see them. Good Luck!

Kept your cool, stayed respectful, defended yourself when pressed. Way to handle it with class some wouldn't be able to. You ensured you did just enough but not too much, it will be very clear right and wrong with you not stepping into a grey area with your actions! I raise a glass to you brother!

Good job, lucky for you the area bully sounds like a tough talker but not a tough fighter. I agree with the post earlier that you should sue for the cost to repair your concrete.

I love it! Sounds like the fellow was a bit backwards? I agree that he should have to pay to have your concrete fixed! I would love to go to the bar he mouths off in and buy you a beer! Maybe your neighbors would join us and put an end to this stuff forever! what an a$$clown!

I'm sure this was a very unpleasant and stressfull experience for you, but from the outside looking in and dealing with tresspassers on a regular basis, good job. Its good to hear the good-guys win.

I hate airdales. What a horrible creature. My neighbor had one, had it neutered and the damn thing went crazy. Couldn't keep that dumb dog under control.

Turns out I acted the same way after I got neutered. :p

You couldn't of got a trail cam pic of the smack down?

On a serious note...I'd put some trail cams out in the strategic places where Mr. Knucklehead can't see them. He'll be back.

Just be careful. Guys like that usually retaliate like cowards. Meaning not face to face but destruction of property, etc.

Wow man thats a rough situation. Glad you were able to stand up to him. Just hope hes not as much of a coward as most guys like that tend to be. Keep your eyes open for a while just to be safe.

Great Job...I own a 101 acres where I live. I've lived here for 11 years now. The first few years I was here I had to run people off...I guess they were use to coming and going as they please. I was amazed by how some were...I was always taught to respect other people property. Plus its an easy way to get shot at....lol.

Definitely some great restraint on your part! His response after you smacked him was the funniest part...guess he expected to hit you and nothing happen in return!
