So I like to try different things once in awhile. Today I tried something a little far out there but it turned out pretty good.
    Deer soft tacos:
    1) loin cut into 1” slices
    2) marinate in Italian dressing for 1/2-1 hour
    3) make your favorite coleslaw (I add peanuts)
    4) cook the loin at a high temp in a skillet

Interesting. I'd probably skip the peanuts. Lol. I like to try different things, too. My son and I are always saying, "That sounds weird enough to be good". And, usually is.

Yeah I am addicted to coleslaw. Coleslaw and anything smoked or barbecue.

We have neighbors from Mexico and others from Honduras. Something I picked up from them for tacos...radish. Nice crunch, bit of zip.

I’ll have to try that. The fresh coleslaw does the same.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of radish. Usually it's sliced and you get a big bite of one on the tacos. Until a neighbor surprised me. She shredded them and added it to the slaw on some fish tacos. Been doing it like that since. Add as little or as much as you like. Even makes store bought slaw better.

Edit: Some people like to put slaw on their pulled pork sandwiches. I didn't. Until, I added the shredded radish.
