I'm seeing more than ever, too PT. But then again, it might be because I've moved out of the city :deer:

Good to hear Tony. I hunt up there every year just a bit south of the city. One of my favorite places to hunt on the east coast for sure. First day last year was kind of crappy weather, it did nothing but rain if I remember correctly. The second day it snowed like crazy and I killed an 8 point but heard very little shooting. I'd say you guys got through the 1st day with a low deer kill and we all know thats when most of them are shot. Should be a great year.

Yes, gun season. Archers will never effect the deer herd. I usually hear about 300 to 350 shots on the first day up there. I hunt on the old 219 near Kissing Bridge Ski resort. This year I only heard 100 and maybe 30 on Sunday.

His Majesty never has trouble finding monster bucks. He has that kind of skill.

This year is no different.
