Possibly, it would be a sign deer frequent the area. You also need to make sure it is a legal area to hunt, you have decent shooting lane(s), cover/tree for a stand/place for a blind, etc.
In open range...yes. In a deer pen...no. Well unless you want to shoot fenced in deer I guess. You're sure it isn't rabbit poop?

It wasn't hard to find something like that on YouTube. I've never gotten video like that but I've had some pretty "revealing" pics over the years from trail cams. There was a doe this spring that, well...let's just say she was very "friendly" to a StealthCam and no I didn't save that pic.
