    You mean QDM can't really teach us to "manage" an unfenced herd? Antler restrictions do not cost or raise $ and is an effective way to keep younger bucks alive.

    Cant help but roll my eyes when I read the name of the author, then I pass on reading his tedious and tortured writings and know I made a wise choice by not wasting 2 minutes of my life.

    I agree. Just a few yrs ago I heard him state on a hunting show about where the future of deer hunting was heading and he stated that the future was going to big $$$ leases.........and he seemed quite content about that. I guess you can be content when you are in that circle. What he stated may be true , but his content with it rubbed me wrong.

    He rubs bowhunters the wrong way on a regular basis. Not sure why anybody would attach themselves to him after his past. He is not writing for deer and deer hunting any longer for very good reasons.
