Deer horn growth

    I just checked my deer cams and the big boy that was here last year is a no show this year. Only one decent buck here. It looks like he is gonna be a small 8 pointer but on public land that's a decent buck. It still looks like his horns are under developed. Just wondering when the deer antler growth stops. I am not too sure on the growth of deer horns so asking if some of you know.

    Around here, MO, the antlers will really be about done by the middle of August. By then you'll really be able to tell who is who and what they will have.
