Not much of a story because my entire hunt consisted of 3 minutes. :D

I get to my tree and see two unidentified deer spook. I think to myself, "I hope that's not the bucks I've being seeing." Anyway, I get all my gear prepped and ascend to about 15 feet. Get the quiver attached to the tree and before I know it....a doe appears from no where and begins eating freshly fallen leaves directly under me. At this point I had not even gotten an arrow nocked or my safety harness behind me (I was still facing the tree). I get turned around she goes out to 6 yards quartering away and I drill her. She mule kicks and takes off plowing small trees along the way. I give her about an hour and start to track. The blood trail absolutely sucked for a lung/heart shot deer but I found her piled up about 70 yards away. Shot her at 3:50.

This was the entrance hole. It exited at her front left arm pit.

Thanks everybody! I appreciate it! :)

Dubbs....I was using muzzy 4 blade 100gr. Never had a problem with a bloodtrail with these heads before.

Raceway...Haha....I had the hardest time with the self timer. I was getting pretty mad as you can see by the looks of the 2nd pic. I need a small tripod instead of using my backpack.
