    If you haven't tried it you are missing out it's the best part of the deers organs.From my point of view

    I have to agree. I think it's better than the tenderloin. I usual make a stir fry or fajitas

    Heart is the first thing I eat and always never frozen! Love heart!

    Im not a fan and subscribe to the mindset that there is enough meat on a deer that I can pass on eating the gut pile as well. :o

    Well yes as is the tongue and kidneys and liver and cheek meat.

    Not a fan of Offal.

    pickled deer heart was my favorite until i deployed to the middle east and learned how to grill heart/liver their way =)
