Congrats to those who have scored so far. This is the first year I did not fill a tag during our 1st gun season. Due to work, I'll only be out next Saturday and Sunday for our 2nd season. Hopefully a couple does decide to stroll by....
A friend shot this buck this morning. He was using a gun, and in Ohio, so it wasn't really hunting. He went for a walk, looked behind a tree, and killed his biggest buck ever.
Just got back from a week of grocery shopping in WI My doe & my cousins buck from opening day... Thanksgiving plans for changed around a few times this year. I ended up staying at the cabin by my self for the Holiday & got me a Thanksgiving Buck...
One of my dreams to kill a Thanksgiving day buck .... Congrats Fitzy! ...... Ryan .... it won't complete my season till I see you behind a deer with your pistol!
No pictures, but my cousin's husband shot his first buck yesterday on my parents property (very nice 9 point), my dad saw 4, I saw 14 (two bucks, one got a pass, the other I couldn't get a shot off), and our cabin took three REALLY nice bucks opening morning. Heck of a first day.
I knew there was a big buck behind every tree in Ohio !!!!! Buckeye is such a fibber !!!!!! Congrats to your friend !!! Tim
