    What kind of feed do you guys suggest using? Corn, pellets, etc...

    Always thought corn, but have heard pellets are good.

    It's not legal here in GA to hunt close to feeders so we don't do this. However, if we did, I would use corn this time of year. It has a lot of carbs and the deer could also use the extra fat that the carbs produce for the winter months. People use pellets because of their protien content, usually. The pellets are more expensive (about $100-$120 per ton more) than the corn and their racks are obviously not benefitting from it after the velvet's gone.
