Hey guys.. so I have my mineral/bait area within an area of grazing pasture.. what can I use to keep the cattle away from the bait, but still allow deer, elk to easily jump or step into the area.. it wont be anymore than 50 yards by 50 yards.. I was thinking a yellow rope strung out to posts, say 24" high.. will this keep cattle away (perhaps they will think its electric) , will the deer still come in, or will this make them weary..?
Just buy a three hog panels and 5 or six t-posts. Make a large closed circle. They will have have no problem jumping it.
