I've called bucks in only to have them get just out of range looking for the deer making all noise and when they don't see it they trot off. If I had a decoy I'm sure they would have came in. Sent from my ADR6300 using Tapatalk 2
never tried one....might have helped on some of my public land hunts in the past...but my new hotspot is an intersection of a few doe runs and 2 separate buck runs, plenty of rubs and scrapes. lots of action
i bought miss november last year and used it three time and killed a small buck the first time i used it. And the second time i had a little spike come and check her out. That was the first time i have ever used a decoy and i know its not a promised to a kill a deer with it but i think it better your odds.
I have not yet figured this out. I haven't hunted with a decoy but, I have seen them do this to other doe, button bucks and spikes.
