What ways do like to dress up your burger?

I found these fried jalapeño chips in the produce area at the store and they make a great topper. Thought I would share and see what ideas you all have. 7A701A23-1B39-4F18-84C0-E91556F9A841.jpeg 69430296-03F4-422C-8CD5-B64DFE3C2241.jpeg 3A94854C-EB18-4D3E-B630-0B2AC070D67D.jpeg

    Nice!

I usually top with jalapeños that have been pickled (home made) but if I see those I’ll pick some up

all my burgers get a mix of McCormick's "hamburger" spice mix (or the basic ingredients thereof) plain quaker oats, and egg mix+Worcestershire sauce. Sometimes some dried onion flakes. Hand mix and patty up; usually chill for a couple hours to let the oats and dried onions to soak up the juices.

I mix about 20% ground bacon to 80% ground venison. Season with some venison rub I found at Bass Pro add caramelized onions with smoked cheddar, arugula and a small amount of A1 to top it off.
That's the best way I have done it so far. I also toast the buns on the grill.

Wow that looks good. Eating some venison kielbasa right now and that burger looks mighty nice.
