Do any of you guys raise deer? Can you give me some costs and expenses? Do you do it for fun or for money? Possible income?

I'm curious, let me know what you guys think of this!

I just want to see huge bucks. And I would love to find the sheds. But it seems like a money drain unless you are big time and sell the bucks?

A guy I work with is starting this year. From the way he talks, it a major money pit to begin with, with the potential to get some good money down the road if you have the customer base. I just agree with him and subconsciously think "glad it's not me".

I guess it would be a lot easier if you were a farmer already, already had the equipment and food source, and didn't have a full time job besides that
