If I could have gotten into the spot I really want to sit this morning... you would have had a 3rd text. 4 does, 1 fawn, 3 bucks with a nasty, couple minute fight between the two bigger bucks. It was pretty intense with the 4x4 taking down the 5x5 a couple times. They weren't playing !! Both bucks looked to be 3.5 years old. The 4x4 won the battle and chased the loser all over snort wheezing at him. I was 250 yards on the other side of the water wishing I had a darn boat !!! It is the only way to get into the spot for a morning hunt. Two beautiful pinch points where killing a doe would be a piece of cake. After the deer moved through... I watch 3 coyotes work that area. The spot just screams hunt me in the morning!! Wind is suppose to switch to the south tommorrow so if I don't have a doe by Sunday afernoon... I will be hunting the spot in the afternoon. I had a forky come by me this morning. Tim
I had evil thoughts about sneaking into Germs area and stealing his boat while I watched from the other side of the slough this morning. He would have blamed it on the river people. Tim
