It really pisses me off they took those cartoons off the air for "too much violence"

 

and replace them with crap like Spongebob that is full of hidden references to sex and drugs.

I do believe you can still catch some of the oldies occasionally though

 

Used to love those cartoons as a kid. Tom n Jerry, popeye, etc... New generation is missing out

I opened this thread with caution though. I was afraid it was going to be the same passive aggressive, self-deprecating, attention seeking "deep thought" posts that flood my Facebook feed every day.

 

Even though I am sure you had to look it up and it was difficult for you to decipher because the definition uses words larger than one syllable, I most certainly do know what pretentious means.
