I am just getting into bows and looking at used ones to save some cash.

    I am 6'4" with 78" wingspan.

The bows I have on the short list are:
    1- Bowtech Tomkat
    2.- Mathews Switchback (I don't think it's the XT)
    3.- Bowtech Nitrous
    4. Bowtech Diamond Justice
    5- Bowtech Diamond Air Raid

    suggestions?

Most are set for 27-29" Draw- too short... what does it cost to change?
Many are set at 70 lbs- I think I am leaning more to 50-60. What would that cost to change?
Seems that 80% letoff would be best..?

Check to make sure you can even adjust the model you're looking at to what you need. Not many of the mainstream/flagship bows are going to accommodate your 31" draw length. I know that the TomKat is out and probably the Switchback too. Each manufacturer typically only has a couple models at most in the longer draw (over 30") category.

If you're buying a used bow with the intent of changing the module or cam (draw length) and the limbs (draw weight) you may as well buy a new bow for what that's going to cost you on top of the purchase price.
