Today was my day to do cardio, and my wife has this laying around, and I couldn't resist trying it out. I decide to give the pylometrics a try. Now, I consider myself to be in fairly good shape, and I workout about 5-6 times a week. However, that workout certainly worked me up a bit. There were times where I was really hurting (mostly the thighs during the squat routines), but it was doable. I can definitely see that program working, and now I know why people are seeing results. Will I enter the whole program? Probably not, simply because I have a setup that works for me now, but it was a great experience.

    Carry on:D

I did Plyometrics yesterday. I've been doing it for over 3 months now and I still have aches in the morning.

I think the program's great, if your goal is just to lose weight and get in better shape. I wish I had the time to work a couple of the programs in. I just don't. I'm afraid of total burnout. My week will see 4 swims; 2 bike rides and 1 run. I love the ab routine. I just can't work it in, right now.

    Good luck.

Did it last year and almost through again this year.Stopped for turkey season but going to start back when it's over.At 48yrs it was tough, but went from 208lbs to 177 and absolutely felt awesome.Eat right as well and you will see good results.
