I think John Daily is funny as hell, but MN is actually one of the highest tax payers compared to federal funds received in the country and has been for a long time....they need to do better research next time http://mnstatenews.com/capitol-head...taxes-than-receiving-in-federal-spending.html
http://visualeconomics.creditloan.com/united-states-federal-tax-dollars/ Based on this, which I didn't do a ton of research on the matter, it shows you're right that MN is in the black. But by the looks of it, few states are. Assuming those numbers are correct, which again I cannot say more than what that says (though I found that chart on multiple sites), with the exception of Texas, all the states in the positive are democrat or swing states. Interesting.
Saw an escalade on 24s roll through the pharmacy today getting name brand adderall for free under Medicaid....had an Obama sticker on not one but 4 windows. God bless our country!
Indiana has a republican governor and they are in the black. Atleast when this article was written they were. http://costonscomplaint.blogspot.com/2011/07/indiana-tales-from-operating-in-black.html?m=1 Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
They said they used data from 2009, not sure when site I linked used. Though, the site does have Indiana at 1.05, so its reasonable to say the numbers are close.
Makes me want to puke. The libs will claim that to be the exception. But, from everything I see, it is more the rule. Just look at the electoral map and see where the majority of Obama's votes come from. I still think you should have to prove you paid some form of federal income tax to be allowed to vote. The one's paying should be the ones having some voice in how it gets spent. I believe in helping those that need it. But, there are a lot of folks that need to help themselves. It is too easy to live off others in this country. Until that changes, we are all in for a long and bumpy ride.
Pretty sure you know exactly what I meant.... The amount of abuse in the system is absurd. Most libs will claim that federal assistance abuse is a small minority of the system. From what I have seen, it is a far larger problem than most libs ever want to admit. A large percentage of those using and abusing federal assistance will vote for the liberal party because the libs are far more likely to continue making the system easy access. No secret there. Look at the electoral maps, the vast majority of Obama's votes came from inner city neighborhoods where the amount of federal assistance is highest. That is nothing new.
