Obamas problem is he thinks he's the smartest guy in the room. He said himself that debate prep is a real bummer. He thought he could go in there and dazzle people with the same catch phrases that got him elected 4 years ago. Not true. His catch phrases didn't stand a chance against substantive facts. When o was asked a question he struggled to come up with a response while deflecting attention from his record. Mitt was on point and quick with his answers which threw o off. In my opinion if you don't take a presidential debate seriously you have no business being president. O has only attended 30% of his security briefings as president, he has snubbed important foreign leaders, he doesn't understand that when your broke you don't spend more money to get out of debt, for two years he had a supermajority and chose to sit on his hands. Mitt may not be "the" solution, but I know he will at least try to remedy the problems we are facing.
I think most fact checkers give Obama a "mostly true" rating, where as they give Romney a "mostly false" rating. Car salesmen do the same thing... I'd say look at Bain Capital's record. He made millions on buying, burdening, selling/shutting down businesses. Used the catch phrase "stream-lined", and many of those companies no longer exist. Will the US be a Bain Capital to him, or a Company that he takes over and stream-lines? That's the real question imo.
Can you believe how Mainstream Media is just unraveling over their Puppet President without his teleprompter showing what a joke he is to the office of the United States of America. They can't even hide how bias they are anymore. Wake up America, this is who dictates and edits the world news to you. What a blessing it is to finally have Fox News still around to give us the real story.
They say Obama did bad cause the high altitude & his lack of coffee...im confused..really this is the best Obama's people can do. What joke & so is he! Sent from my DROID3 using Tapatalk 2
I know what Mitt did at Bain Capitol. I don't necessarily agree with over seas outsourcing, but I think some stream lining is exactly what the federal government needs. It's time to trim the fat and, "outsource," responsibilities back to the states where they belong.
Yeah, bankrupt businesses, destroying American jobs, all while making a huge sum of money. Exactly! What we need. I think GW did just that... Oh wait, Haliburton didn't profit at the expense of the American people.... And surely **** wasn't a part of that company. Thankfully I think people are listening to fact checkers this morning.
Do the left REALLY believe their own BS or is it really just what's best for them? Anybody crying about all blacksmiths jobs that got killed when cars were introduced? It was a major industry and it is know more. Or candle makers Edison put out of business? Should the Unions of protected their jobs better and made the government force us the keep using horses or at least put all the blacksmiths in Job Banks for the rest of their lives. NO, instead the guys got off their ares and found other jobs. The future is coming whether you get it or not.
Obummer got his *** handed to him last night. But Mitt's right, there are still the 47% of the voters riding in the wagon instead of pulling the sum ***** that will vote for him no matter what. The wagon needs to be tipped over and the handout loving sum *****es need to get on the business end of the pulling rope.
Newsflash!! Some of those "factcheckers" have an agenda. Some of them even work for the politicians, or biased news sources. Best to do your own factchecking without any preconceived notions.
IDK, I just disagree. I won't defend the sins of the Bush administration, but I'm pretty sure Mitt was not part of Halliburton. That's a whole other can of worms there. As far as businesses are concerned I don't see how lowering the corporate tax rate and deregulation is going to hurt business in this country. Obama has pretty well regulated the entire economy of Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, and South West Virginia out of existence. A small business owner who's farm I hunt on told me last week he pays over 43% of what he brings in back to the government. If his rates were lower he could afford to hire more people and expand his business.
Since I didn't watch it and from all news sources that are half way credible they say Romney performed better, my only response to make everyone groan would be "I prefer delure to debate but if defishing is really slow debate usually works better."
I think most fact checkers, biased on either side, say the same thing. I didn't check one site and say "SEE! HE'S LYING!". Granted, I knew going in that Mitt was lying his *** off in several instances, as I've looked into his plans. Guess what, I'm part of the 53%, and still I don't see Mitt as the solution, I see him as more of a GW problem. Funny how conservatives forget that the Bush era existed.
Funny how left wing nut jobs keep blaming ole George. When is the sum ***** going to own it? He sucks, his policies suck and he runs around like he's a damn rock star show to show instead of fixing "Georges" ****ed up economy.
No, most are talking points, misdirection and speculation. Imo, Obama has failed miserably as a president and will only make things worse if given another 4 years. But he has done alot of what he wanted to do. Again, imo, it is a bad direction for America. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
