I'm good with death dealers. Seeing the deer we got it seems like that's what we need to be doing this year.

Glad we got everyone in!! So everyone is good with death dealers? I feel good about our chances with these pictures!! I can try to make up an avatar. Also I was glassing the soy bean fields last night and saw my #1 and number two buck grazing along with about 7 does! it really got my blood going

That's always fun. When I have a chance tomorrow I'll mess around in Photoshop and see what I can come up with as well. I have a few fun ideas.

Good with the name. Looking like we have some good opportunities. Still haven't got time to upload buck pics to photo bucket yet. Should be able to this week. Nothing huge yet.

Hopefully the videos worked to look at. The first video doesn't have nice buck until the end.

Well I got dialed in today with my new lighted nocks. First time I shot all year. I like to say I am better shooting at the real thing but today was exceptionally good. My new nocks actually shot a bit higher then the old ones, which were not lighted.

Yesterday I checked in on all my stands and hung one new one. Trail cams are pretty slow right now but that will pick up again as the velvet comes off and bucks find their role in the different age classes, it is the same every year.

Anybody up to anything? Pretty quiet with this group. Any good pics or good sightings? Stands put up. New spots. Running on fumes here.

Might be attempting to build a bale blind before the season. Oats are coming up nicely.

Just about ready to head home from honeymoon. Ready to get back.

Sorry boys.... I'm usually not this quiet around here. But 26 credit hours from graduating with my engineering degree has me quite busy... Once the season hits things will be better.

Most of my hunting will be on weekends when I can make the 2 hour drive back to what I call home.

And no major updates for the time being... I did get my deer and turkey tags the other day...

I've gone back through pictures from my first and only pull and have decided these are the bigger deer are/were around:

Big 8: I think he is getting dubbed #1 on the hit list. I've been dreaming of him.

Next big 10: well... I'm calling him a 10...close second on the hit list. May bump up to #1 depending on velvet. Although I've passed him 2 or 3 times the last 2 years. Not sure he'll get to walk again.

Freaky dude: he would probably get shot... And probably put on a euro mount... I think I know what buck this is from last year and the year before, and if so I probably won't see him again until the rut. I don't think he is around much.

    Small 8: needs another year
    [IMG]

And I also have a tall 8 that is no where as big as the other, but is a good looking buck. Looks to have the same type of genetics.

Other than the picture I received from my farmer the other day. A few miles up the river he says... Never know but man what a stud!!

I have also been out doing some done hunting.

And picked up a new trailer.

And a free 4 wheeler that is so close to running now... Should get it going soon enough. She doesn't look like much now, but once it runs she's getting the bedliner treatment. Hey! Something to call mine! :)

Regardless... I'm excited to get out. Season opens the 15th here in ks, although I won't make it back to my property until the 19-21. I'd love to stick a doe early but with all sorts of new stand locations and great cover, I really don't know what to expect.

I have 2 bottles of monster raxx whitetail magnet in the mail that will get put out a day or two before hunting depending on my buddies schedule. If they hit it like the minerals, something with antlers should be dropping.

I got a few good pics from my cam check 2 weeks ago. Haven't had time to really go through everything and post pics. Someone found 1 cam and stole the sd card. Which really pist me off. Got a blind up and brushed in. only thing I have left to do is pick up a climber so I can be more mobile this year.

They were growing. Still better ones out there. Normally see new bucks in the rut. Two new spots to hunt this year too.

Lets get this team name changed up!!! It looks like everyone is good with Death Dealers!! I'll be more active on here now that season starts Monday and my week off starts Tuesday. Hoping to put a doe down right away to get this point party started!!! Checked cams today and didn't see any of my big boys but with velvet being shed and corn and beans fields starting to get cut I'm sure activity will pick up on my feeders!!!

I'll try to send message to mod to change name and keep team 20 behind it.

Oats are looking real good. Bale blind will be put in this spot.
