Hey everyone, I thought I'd share some bucks from my past before my days with Bowhunting.com. Here's a buck from 2010 that I had nicknamed Hook. I seen him a couple times during the season, and shot him the very next day in WI, early November, after returning home from my bowhunting trip to Minnesota. Enjoy!
He definitely was a horse, that had some weight to him! I never weighed him, so I guess my answer on the weight is heavy enough! lol Same thing with score. I used to get wrapped up in all the numbers, score, weight, spread, etc. I don't worry about that stuff anymore. I know, people are just curious, but to me they're just numbers. I just try to shoot a mature buck for the area that I'm hunting. He was my #1 hit list buck that year, and I had some pics of him the year before. I guessed him at 4 1/2 years old. Thanks for the comments everyone! Keep watching, I have more bucks from the past to share!
Yep, me too! That's why I named him Hook, since the beams hook up. He looked like that the year before also.
