Wow what a shed on that most recent one. No wonder it was sitting upside down

I am going to head out in the morning trying to get that other side of the freak! I hope that I find it and hope the water went back down.

Well there is a ton of ICE still covering a lot of the ground from the flood but here is the sad part of the day. This property usually holds 200-300 deer during late winter and spring and I did not kick up one deer today. Not sure where they are at but this is not good!

Well, I get home today from work and another hunter who said that he had pictures of this buck sent them to me today. Looks like a young deer too. Here are two of the pictures:

I am going to get the daughter out tomorrow and see if she can change my luck of not finding any sheds since 2-13-14!

I did take a picture of a squirrel that was dead at the bottom of a tree so not sure what killed it but that tree rat wont touch another shed!

One day I will have a dog that will find them too. My two dogs now are not for that at all. They just want to chase deer.

He was supposed to hunt ducks but he likes antlers more and I'm not going to complain!

I have fun with it, he finds sheds in the grass and snow you would have to step on to find.
