Im heading out this weekend as well. Saw a herd driving into work with at least 8 bucks in it, 2 of which only had one antler left!

Well I found another antler today but the tree rats beat me to it. They did not chew off much but was enough for me to hate them even more. LOL It would of been a great shed but has the chews of the tips of all points and one busted off tine. Here is the shed.

Those are some great bucks, and even better photos. Great job taking those, super jealous of you right now! Love the pics of the coyote and the one with all three bucks in the field. How old would you say that last buck you have photo of is? I'm not great with guessing ages, but he looks around 4 to me. Keep them coming!

is this near Alton, IL? I swear I see the same quality bucks outside of American steel. I thought a couple of weeks ago as I drove by it would be nice to win the lottery buy the plant just to hunt the ground. lol

This is an awesome thread, Dawg! Great pics, great finds, great spot!

I wish the spammer didn't hijack your thread and had started a new one so we could have a good discussion on purses and man bags. All this hunting stuff is getting old.

Dawg! you dirty dog! Wow what some amazing critters! what do you guess that super wide guy to score? Man I hope you find those sheds so we can see for sure! If you need help, my "dawg" koda and I will come help for a week if you want! Belive me, I'd use all my Vacation time and you could keep em all if I could just have the opportunity to shed hunt for a set like that! Anyway, good luck man and have MORE good luck! P.S. I love the drop tine set! lucky DAWG! CHEERS! ROCK ON MAN!

Went for short walk last night and no luck. I will be back out this Saturday and Sunday. We will see what happens! There are a few of us that shed hunt this property from work so I hope that I beat them to those two sets. I have the wide guys sets from last year. They scored 71 3/8 and the other around 64 with a broken brow tine.

Well, I went out today with no luck on sheds. I was walking and found a leg that was very large in size. The hoof on that leg was huge so I new it had to be a buck with the dew claws being large also. I started circling and found the buck. He was in some downfall trees on the edge of the river. He was totally cleaned of meat from the yotes. The rack is a good size and I would guess a 130 or so buck. Here are the pics from todays walk.
