    Dawg Bites!

    Ingredients

    2 Cups Soy Sauce
    1 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Vinegar
    1 Cup Pineapple Juice
    4 Teaspoons Salt
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
    Bacon as needed
    Toothpicks as needed

    Directions

Boil all ingredients in a pan then let simmer for 10 minutes. While marinade is cooling, cut meat into stew meat. Cut bacon into half pieces and wrap bacon around meat chunks. Put a tooth pick through the bacon/meat to hold bacon on. Then soak meat for at least 4 hours. Put the bites on tinfoil on the grill. After you cook meat, save the marinade by putting into container or zip lock bags and freeze. You can reuse the marinade again by boiling and starting from top of directions. Boil before every use!

I am for sure trying this sometime this week. THANKS! :tu:

I tried something similar not long ago but I just used Italian dressing. Your recipe sounds much better.

For the ones that have not tried it you better print it off because it will be a fixture in your recipe book from here on out. I have yet to have someone say they dont like it. Let me know what you all think of it.

    The flavor would be.........

......and it would be the roasts or loins cut up into cubes. It all tastes the same and the taste you will never forget!

I am sure it does. I have tried it on only deer and will be doing the same as soon as my brother in law brings me some birds. Also just for your info, I posted this recipe on realtree.com two years ago and I have had over 4,000 people look at the recipe with 400+ comments on it. One guy even got an ANTI-HUNTER to eat it and like it. So that should tell you something. They should at least try it. I have yet to have someone say they dont like it.

yeeeeeep i did! ended up taking them off the foil and cooking on the grill indirectly. only thing i woulda done different was get some low sodium soy sauce and cutting back on the salt added. they were a little salty for my likes but damn good!
