Perhaps because you did not see the first 2, which developed the character more, especially the first? He was disguising his voice. How else should he disguise his voice? With a British accent?
Why do I get the feeling you guys would rule this forum of 11 year olds with handles such as “Tony Stark” and “batfreak22” You guys would be like kings there with all your batman knowledge. http://www.batmanforum.com/ http://forums.superherohype.com/forumdisplay.php?f=7 On a related note, I took the wife to a movie on Friday night. Its the first movie I can recall in many years (perhaps 10 years). We saw the pixar movie "Brave" I wonder if there is a chat room for that movie?
If ever there was a man, more socially disconnected, who literally couldn't think higher of himself....I have yet to meet him.
For a guy that holds himself with such high intellectual regard, I'm surprised you mock the interest of creativity and imagination.
He was disguising his voice. How else should he disguise his voice? With a British accent?[/QUOTE] I was referring to the motion he moved his lips and jaw, not so much the voice. it wa like the godfather.
Yeah, uhm, its a comic book. But the critical review is freaking awesome. Can we do Harry Potter next??? No wait.................... Twilight. Lets do that one. To be perfectly honest, as a kid, batman was my hero. I grew up in the 60's and watched the TV batman after school. I was a real fan. Then puberty kicked in and I liked girls so I said screw batman, I wonder what boobs look like. But relax guys I’m just busting your chops. Its an internet chat room with young men waxing poetic about a comic book hero so I’m just making sport of it. I meant no harm. Consider it a sort of internet wedgee.
The more I thought about it after I posted that, I think I may agree with this Hook. On a side note.... Hey RC you knew full well what this thread was about by the title. If it isn't your cup of tea pass on over and click on something else. I'm growing tired of your sanctimonious posts, I liked you better when you were just posting your how to threads.
Yeah but when you hit puberty you should of realized how hot catwomen was. Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk
Eartha Kitt and Lee Meriwether as TV catwoman in the 60’s were nothing compared to Barbara Eden in I dream of Jeannie or even Maryann from Gilligan’s Island. Maryann and Jeannie showed way more skin. I never cared for Ginger, she was to sl**ty.
^^ of course this comes from the guy who spends his free time taking pictures of the half naked teenager next door! I don't know you at all BJ, but you remind of one of the guys from the movie hall pass! Good stuff man
There are some fantastic stories within comics. Don't be so close minded. It is the sign of ignorance.
Silly me, here I thought it was a sign of growing up and that level of maturity meaning adult interests trumped those of 11 year olds and cartoons. I guess if goes to show I’m not too old to learn something new. Thanks for that. I don’t buy it for minute but I want to thank you for the effort. Kids today.
No need. Comic books and Saturday morning cartoons were a fine pastime in the 60's. I find as one matures, so do their interests. I can’t tell you the last time I held a comic book. I do recall Archie and Betty and Veronica and that torrid love triangle. Did they ever make a movie about them?? Anyway, I don’t know how old you are but I suspect early 20's. I remember those days. Then I heard a voice say, “its time to leave never land, pan.”
