How can you not love this man? :D http://www.bowhunting.com/gallery/12/media/568/dan-schafers-2008-illinois-buck.aspx
That was a fantastic video Dan. Minus the shot which in the end just doesn't matter because everything else was perfect. It just shows perfect results when correct action is followed following the shot. Very well done video from start to finish and I especially like the mention of shot placement as well as waiting period. I wish more video personal would do this. Fantastic Dan. (and cameraman)
Thanks a bunch Rob! I actually haven't watched it yet, as my connection is running slow and its still downloading.
Nice camera work, guys!! Congrats again on the buck, Dan. Dan is alright, he's the coolest guy from the forums I've ever met :D [the only one] [By the way, Justin, I want your job! Shooting computers??! LOL]
Awesome! Very well done video, great shots, everything. Dan, are you going to connect on one like that for the team again this year?:D
Very cool, Nicely done! Way to be patient at the end! Did that Buck have an old injury on his right side up high? It looked that way on the video.
Great hunt and excellent explanation of shot placement and how you went about recovering him.... awesome job Dan and Johnny!
Thanks Bro! To tell the truth, I don't know for sure. I guess I never really noticed that spot until JZ posted this video. Also, I didn't process this one myself (first in many many years), so I didn't get to see if there was something inside. It could very well be the reason his left side was so different from his right.
