A jail house confession, will see what NCAA finds.

We can call the Miami Ohio game the EBay bowl:)

What's most disturbing is that he put "bounties" on other players? I.e Tebow, Chris Rix.

College football keeps revealing how dirty it really was / is.

Coming from the guy whos team was just slapped with Failure To Monitor in the last couple years :p

And I like to call it the Infractions bowl... Looks like 1/3 to 1/2 of their starters are named in that article.

Actually, I take that back - that wasn't the most disturbing part of the article. This makes Tressell and Carroll look like Saints.

How about paying for an abortion for an escort, with out even letting the kid who got her pregnant know about it.

The failure to monitor was thrown out.

    It's not over yet

Pryor had met confidentially in May with the NCAA and provided financial records in response to follow-up requests from those investigators. Pryor had acknowledged that confidant Ted Sarniak had provided him and his mother with cash after he enrolled at Ohio State over and beyond the memorabilia scandal that created the five-game suspension. These violations all took place before Jan. 15, the deadline for underclassmen to declare for the April draft, not after

Pryor is going to throw OSU under the bus

It is over.. You said it yourself. In MAY he spoke with the NCAA. Old news.

    Give up on it Germ'o...

I did see one of your LB's transfered to Oklahoma. What's the story on that?

Not over with Pryor, you better hope he keeps his mouth shut. Why do you think he has not been cleared for the NFL?

The U is toast, they have been dirty for years!!!!

Google it, he is on trial for sexual assault and hitting a lady, we don't accecpt that type behaivor at MI. Hoke told him to go pound sand.

Sounds like a whole lot of the pot calling the kettle black going on in this thread!

The reality is it goes on in most major college programs, it has more to do how the university and coaching staffs handle it. If they encourage it or turn a blind eye or if they stand against it and do what they can to weed out the crooked donors.

We may be on our way to doing away with the BCS bowls. If everyone ends up quilty as accused.... there will be no one to play.... except maybe Army and Navy and Air Force. LOL You can dress 'em up.... but you can't take 'em out. LOL

The more I read about this the more it sickens me. Sure, Tressell and Pryor got into a little trouble. Carroll bailed on his team before he got caught and his hands were a little dirty too. But good grief, this involves prostitution, abortion, bounties on opposing players. This is serious, serious stuff.

Couldn't care less on the Pryor situation. Didn't even read any of the new reports, most likely won't either.
