I need help on the correct way to turn or remove (to reapply) inserts. I am shooting Carbon Express Maxima Red 350.

Depending on the glue heat my work. I would use nothing hotter than a hair dryer. A way to remove inserts is to remove the nock, slide a drill bit in the shaft and give it a whip. The bit may take out the insert and a window so be careful. Some glue will never come out well causing damage to the shaft.

Why do need to turn your inserts?

I was going to adjust them to help my broadheads align with my fletchings. Turns out, the RamCat broadheads didn't need any adjustment at all to my field points. If you haven't shot a RamCat, I would highly recommend you pick up a pack.

Thank you for your help, but should I heat it with a hair dryer first and then insert the drill bit or just do one or the other and screw my field point in and pull it out after heating it?

IMO turning your BH to match the fletching is not needed. I did this 30 years ago and found it has no effect. Well maybe in your head and if your like me that may be enough reason. There are threads at Mathews, AT and probably here on this exact thing. Search if you like.

Anyway shouldn't you adjust them to be slightly "ahead" of the fletchings? The arrows do spin. Seriously, waste of your time and chance to damage your arrows. Just screw on your BH, make sure they spin true and you are better than most guys.

If you are going to do the drill bit thing, heat (hair dryer) I think would help. You may try putting the FP in a vise, heating it and turning it or pulling it out. But this may just put the insert in crooked. Remember the next BH you use (even the same kind) could have the threads different and you end up off anyway. They more I type, the more I think you are much better off just leaving them. You will never notice a difference.

Good point and you are right. The Ramcats are flying perfect the way they are, maybe my bow just needs to be a little 'finer' tuned. I am seeing a little bit of a corkscrew and kick of the nock to the right, during flight. Any suggestions?

Paper tune. You can search for that, or if you can't do that for some reason do a step back tune.
