OK, I have to admit that I haven't kept myself informed like I should on the subject. I saw the pic posted on bhc facebook page, and it made me curious. The pic points out where CWD is located in deer, namely the lymph nodes. Is the meat from infected deer dangerous to eat? Should you just be careful around those areas and make sure you cut out the nodes completely? Can you tell by looking at them if the deer is infected? We have been lucky in my area so far and haven't really had to worry about this, but I'm thinking being informed is probably a good thing.
