wife was shootn her crossbow and the lumenocks were liten up perfectly. one of the nocks was gettn dimmer the longer we shot, so I tried to replace the battery and could not get it to work again, 6 batteries later no luck, calld them on the phone and the gentlemen on the phone gave me a few tips to try and if not send it in. well ended up sendn it in, so for $ 3.00 in postage got a new green 2219 flat back nock, no questions askd.... that's pretty awesome service in my world, THANKS LUMENOCK.....russ
