I finally finished my 3D Resin Printer for large prints. It cost me too much $$$, but this test print was worth it. I've been kicking around the idea of a stabilizer that matches the "theme" of my Carbon Matrix bow. I think I've finally got it.

Now I'm on to designing a similar sight, with the curved branch sort of look.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

I uploaded it to Shapeways to sell at cost plus a little money to recoup my investment in all the hardware to make this one. I'll be adding new ones of different lengths when I get the time.

Looks cool. How much does it weigh? And does it actually have any dampening ability to it?

It definitely provides a noticable stabilization to the bow. As for the shock dampening, I haven't done any real testing but there is a slight improvement with it on. When I am able to print the version with a threaded stud on the end for weight attachment, I suspect it'll have a much greater dampening ability. The spirals are semi rigid but flex under load... I'll give more info once I do some more testing, and I'll weigh it too.

I got the sight mounted. I used the Fuse 5 pin sight and made the replacement arm. As you can see in the pics there's some "messups". I plan on fixing those on the second run.

I've got to widen the holes I made for the fiber optic bundle too. But it makes a good proof of concept.
