Just started doing custom arrows. Here's how it works u pick a shaft it can be any brand any size ill look up how much it will cost me and I will not mark it up at all u pay what I pay. Then I will fletch them up with whatever color vanes you want and will also include a white wrap for 25. I fletch with a 6 degree helical either a blazer or fusion vane you chose. I can also do wraps from onestringer.com for the price of the wrap. Anything else u may want like diff nocks I can get those to u for what I pay as well. Only gonna charge 5 for shipping. A lot of the time my price will beat basspro and you get wraps and whatever vanes and colors you want
Example easton flatline 400 spine fusion vanes white wrap will cost 115 shipped to your door basspro price is 120 and that's without wraps or shipping
Here is an example of something I can do for u and will help save u Money and make your arrows a lot better. Ill use gold tip hunter 5575 arrows with white wraps for example. Gold tip pro hunter 5575 120 plus the 25 for 145 Gold tip xt hunter 5575 80 plus 25 for 105 Gold tip expedition hunter 5575 70 plus25 for 95 Now all these arrows are the same shaft same weight same spine only diff thing about them is the straightness factor and weight tol the pro straightness is .001 xt is .003 and the expedition is .006. So gold tip charges 50 more dollars to get the straightest shafts but one thing they don't want u to know is on the .006 straightness shafts the part that isn't straight is the ends of the shaft. So someone who dose custom arrows can cut both ends of the shafts off and the shaft is then the .001 straightness so are the pros worth 50 more dollars.
Prolly have better luck if ya got into dipping and cresting. Most guys in archery can do the work ur talking about, also the quick fletch has changed the game of building arrows.
