    Two ways to look at the neighbor situation...let him walk, and the neighbors who will "shoot anything" will more be more likely to shoot him, and not the trophy you are hunting for, take him, and you leave the good genetics to the neighbors. Second way to look at it though...if you take him the meat is good right now, and the rack would look very unique. With the two of them on camera...my guess is twins with genetic deficient mother, (or father) .... possibly inbred? If your neighbors have no herd management values in their hunting....then leaving these two lessens the chance the chance slightly that they will take the ones you want to save.

    Kill him, he's a great trophy as he is. May not get another chance with other neighbors.
